Moore Quality Air is a very professional company. They provided an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. Anthony, one of the Owners, was professional and friendly, provided the free in-home estimate, and reviewed the Rheem products with us. We were requesting an upgrade to air conditioning / installing a new furnace. Anthony clearly went over the process with us. The installation team of Julian, Jorge, and Lawrance were professional and friendly. The installation was excellent and we were very impressed with the new system. Jonathan, the other Owner, was professional and friendly in providing additional help to us with the rebate / warranty information and final paperwork. We really appreciated the great customer experience and would highly recommend to everyone.
